You’re Day To Day: • Helping customers find their style and feel confident • Keeping the store looking clean, organized, and on-brand • Staying active on the floor and jumping in when it gets busy • Working with your team to create a great in-store vibe
Who You Are: • Are friendly, positive, and easy to talk to • Have strong communication and listening skills • Are confident approaching and helping customers • Think quickly and stay calm in a fast-paced environment • Enjoy working as part of a team • Are comfortable staying active (standing, using ladders, etc.)
